Customer visits are always a great source for valuable information. After visiting a water district customers I learned that they currently create all their monthly reports manually. This takes hours to complete!
Due to the time spent creating manual reports – the water treatment plant wanted to automate their reporting.
Based on their current problems with their reporting process, I knew what solution would work best for them!
I decided to talk to them about Dream Report – Dream Report would allow them to automatically generate a report. This report could be based off many factors, such as an event (i.e. if an alarm occurs) or schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.).
What would the key benefits of Dream Report be for them?
It would eliminate the need for manual reports and would save hours of labor each month!
